The current database contains the following files:
- An Excel file with all data (and many other features, such as abbreviations used, an event planning sheet, references, sample evening programs)
- Word files with templates to merge the data into printable cards or program pages
- Several PDF files with merged data that can be printed or copied to electronic devices
